We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. The item(s) must be in brand new, unused condition, with all tags attached and the original packaging included. Apparel must be in unwashed and unworn condition.
- Please Send an Email to firstname.lastname@example.org titled with Return + Your Order Number. Please specify the reason of your return.
- Our customer service team will reply to you in 24 hours and provide you our US warehouse address for return
- Please carefully package our product in original condition and return to address provided. Items MUST be returned in their original packaging, unused and unopened in order to qualify for a product refund.
- Once the package got returned to our warehouse in US, we will check the condition of the product and restock the item.
- Once all the above steps completes, we will start the refund process.
- You will receive your refund in your purchasing card/paypal within 7-10 days.
Note that the returns shipping fee is non-refundable and products must be returned unopened and unused for a refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If the product arrives defective, we will resend it free of charge. Please contact us here with a picture of your item and order number. We will ship it to you within seven business days.
If your package appears to be lost in transit, we are more than happy to replace the package and ensure your order makes its way to you. If you do not want the package to be replaced, we must wait 14 days before refunding the order in the event that the package finds its way to you and is delivered. Our Customer Service Team will be sure to check in on your order periodically throughout the two weeks to track its progress and provide accurate updates.
If you want a refund, please contact our Customer Service Team first, our Email address is email@example.com. We will tell you our US warehouse address, then you can return the goods back.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
